1. Who we are

Seven Fincorp (legal entity: Noxven Ventures OPC Private Limited) operates this website as the marketing property for Bharat LMS, a free Loan Management System offer to RBI-registered NBFCs. Seven Fincorp is a Lending Service Provider. It does not lend on its own book and does not accept public deposits.

2. What we collect

When you submit the walkthrough form we collect contact details (name, NBFC name, work email, phone, role) and, across the multi-step form, eligibility, stack, product, module and go-live preferences you choose to provide. We may also collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referring URL, timestamps) and, where analytics is enabled, aggregate page-view and event data. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through this website.

3. Why we collect it

We use enquiry data to respond to partnership requests, schedule walkthroughs, assess fit for the free LMS programme, operate and secure this website, and measure aggregate site performance. We do not sell personal data.

4. Who we share it with

Enquiry data is shared with our internal credit and partnerships team and with processors that host this site or route form submissions (for example the form delivery service and web host). Where a partnership proceeds, information may be shared with the relevant partner NBFC with your knowledge. We may disclose information if required by applicable law or a competent authority.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry data for as long as needed for the partnership relationship, follow-up, and any applicable statutory record-keeping period, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights
